notification email is not sent

    Hi,

    I made a Form and added it to my website.
    The link works as I tried to fill it in myself with another email account I own.

    This all works, but I didn't get a notification to my bussiness-emailadres when I signed up the form (acting I was a client). So in other words, when clients fill in the form,  I don't receive the filled in (nor empty) form.


    What's wrong?

    I have checked your form and it seems you are missing the email recipient address.
