Hi,
I made a Form and added it to my website.
The link works as I tried to fill it in myself with another email account I own.This all works, but I didn't get a notification to my bussiness-emailadres when I signed up the form (acting I was a client). So in other words, when clients fill in the form, I don't receive the filled in (nor empty) form.
What's wrong?Thank you & Regards,

I have checked your form and it seems you are missing the email recipient address.
Kindly add the email address in your notification email.
