Why will all subscriptions be active at the same time and how can I get a refund?

    Good day,

Initially, I was subscribed to the $5 plan but had to upgrade to the plan billed at $19 and eventually, that billed at $32/month however, each month, I get billed $5, $19, and $39 and I find this quite ridiculous.

I was billed on August 5, ($39) and just yesterday,  I had to make this payment again as I got the "Form Over Quota" Message.
Please understand that same yesterday, my card was charged $5, $19, and I still have to pay $39.

Why will all subscriptions be active at the same time and how can I get a refund of $5 and $19 as I am already on the Bronze package?

You had three active subscriptions which you had paid via PayPal -

Bronze monthly (I-C9JWR24C8S4Y), Storage monthly (I-TDVDUUBTV0HF), Silver monthly (I-YU08Y88AAD4T)

Unfortunately, since each subscription is characterized by a different ID, it does not show if there is another active subscription.

I can see that you have now cancelled all three subscriptions from PayPal. I have sent these subscriptions for processing of the refund.

However, once the refund is processed, your account will be downgraded to Free. After that, you can upgrade to the required plan. You can maintain a check on the plan subscribed in your account, by checking the Billing page in your account settings, so that in future, you do not have multiple subscriptions active in your account.
