Hi, I was looking for a Caldera Forms alternative and run into JotForm and made a switch to it. So I am a new JotForm customer.
I set up all of my forms yesterday but was then banned because I did not know you have to set payment forms to by encrypted with jotform.
Would I be able to get my account back and fix this? I really like the product and didn't mean any harm.

I checked and restored your account since I see it's integrated with Authorize.net which is fine.
Please use payment integration in your form and avoid collecting payment information via plain text.
