Notification and autoresponder emails are not sending

    Hi - I have used your platform for our Non Profit Cutting Horse Association as an entry form for over a year and this is the first time we have had an issue. I hope you can help me figure this out?! The submissions got registered with jotform, but no confirmation email got sent out from the registered email nor did jotform sent on the submissions to the registered email - anyway how I can check out the hitch in this? I would appreciate it very much!

    I have checked your form and it seems you have not added any autoresponder/notification emails.

    Kindly add your notification/autoresponder emails and let us know if the issue still remains.
