Why some dates are unblocked in Date Reservation Widget?

    Hi there,

    We used the Date Reservation widget in one of our jotforms, but we noticed that certain (seemingly random) dates are blocked out in the calendar, even though the widget settings have no info whatsoever on why they are blocked out?

    We don't allow past dates or the date of today, but we do allow weekends. The dates that are blocked out don't fall under either of these categories (see screenshot). The issue seems to appear in both September and October 2019.

    How can we 'unblock' these dates? Does anyone know what could be causing it?

    I've cloned and checked your form(FormID:92441432220848) on my side. 

    I've made a submission with selected the September 18 and September 25 on my cloned form.

    After the submission the new form was unblocked on dates September 18 and September 25 like below:

    This is because you are using the Date Reservation Widget. If the user selected a date or date range, the selected date can not be selected again after the submission.

    Alternative widgets that you can use are Multi-Select Grid and Appointment Slot widgets.

    Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. Is this just for the same customer that cannot select the same dates, or does it get blocked out for all customers trying to use the form?

    We are looking for a functionality that allows customers to select multiple dates, without it blocking out these dates for other customers. Do any of the widgets that you mentioned provide that functionality?

    Please note that the date reservation widget blocks the selected dates for all the users. 

    Do any of the widgets that you mentioned provide that functionality?

    Unfortunately, there is no such widget available at the moment. As a workaround, you may consider using Configurable list widget with only date field that allows the user to select multiple date fields.
