    Hello,

I am curious to know if Jotforms will work for our given scenario.

We have a department that requires customers to complete a few basic forms before they meet with a counselor. They'd like the submitted form to be rendered into pdf format where it will be sent via email to the administrative team for filing.

HIPPA Compliance maybe necessary in the near future.

Can Jotforms perform this task and can you provide an example of an existing workflow that resembles this scenario.

    Thank you,

    Ryan

Yes, that is doable with our form builder.

You can have a submission PDF attached to Autoresponder that would be sent to submitter: https://www.jotform.com/help/503-How-To-Include-Submissions-As-PDF-Attachment-In-The-Email-Notifications

And more about HIPAA compliance you can check here: https://www.jotform.com/hipaa/

If you have any further questions, please let us now.

    Thank you!
