how to connect same stripe master account but different sub accounts

    i have a stripe account and forms that integrate that. i created 'sub-accounts' in my stripe dashboard and am attempting to integrate one of the sub-accounts into a new form but the stripe connect hangs indefinitely and will not integrate. your help is appreciated.

    Did you mean to say that you are not able to integrate the form with your sub-account of Stripe?

    Could you please share the URL of the form? Also, is there any error that you are receiving? If yes, you may also share a screenshot with us.

    Could you also please delete the stripe payment field and try adding it again?

    Hi,

    Thank you for the screenshot. Please try to delete the payment field and add it back again, then try to connect your Stripe account. If the issue still persists try to clear your form and browser's cache, then try it again.

    If all else fails, try to clone your form and set up your Stripe payment on the cloned form. Also, please verify if your pop-up blocker is disabled, just in case there's an error message showing why your Stripe account is unable to connect.

    Unfortunately I am not able to replicate this issue in my test form with sub-account in Stripe. I was able to integrate form successfully with Stripe sub account and the data was captured successfully in Stripe sub-account. Please check the screenshot below:

    I would suggest you to please use some other browser for Stripe integration and get back to us if the issue persists.
