What is the best way to attach the Terms and Conditions?

    1.We have a Terms and Conditions form that each applicant needs to review and then agree yes/or no. What is the best way to attach this form to the application. Since it is a long legal document; we would prefer to provide a link for the applicant to click on. Please advise.  


    2. Submit Button on the form. Where are these forms collected? Can we program the system so the forms come directly to our email?

    I suggest you use the Terms & Conditions widget that allows you to have a clickable terms checkbox. Here's a guide on How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-Your-Form.

    You can also embed the terms and conditions in the form using the PDF Embedder widget if it's a PDF file. If it's a webpage, then use the iFrame Embed widget.
