    Hi,

I created a form the already has been submitted more than 100 times

But I forgot to add 1 value in a field.

Can I update this field without opening each submittion, modify and send again?

    Thanks

    Guy

Thank you for writing to Jotform support.

Any changes in fields do not affect the previous submission data. On the other hand, if your user edits his/her submission, the new submission will rewrite the current one i.e the submission Id does not change but the data changes.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

thanks for your asnwer but I think you misunderstood me.

    I'll try to explain.

I Created a form with lots of questions.  Parents already submitted it and I have more than 100 reaction.

But I forgot to add the classroom to the form so I have 100 submittions whitout the classroom.

I need to add this myself but I need to edit each submittion, add the classroom and close it.

Parents do not edit the forms.  So my question was if I could add the classroom via a easier way the to open the submittions.

    Thanks for your time

    My Apologies

What you can do is you can extract the excel or CSV of all your current submissions and add a classroom column. In this way, you can easily add the data.

Once the data is added, you can edit your form and then upload your submissions to your account using the import app

Let me know if you are having any difficulties in achieving the same.
