can we have an access to dropbox form that we keep as our registration form? Our event manager started a Jotform subscription and we get registrations for weddings. What we need is to keep all submissions on a folder in dropbox and share them with the other members of the company. need help on this.

Hi Tenisha,
Of course, you can integrate your forms with Dropbox. We do offer tons of integrations, applications, and widgets to ease the data collection process. Dropbox integration will help you that all form submissions can be saved in your Dropbox account. The best part is that you can integrate each of your forms with Dropbox and therefore, you won't get confused which submission belongs to which form. Dropbox forms will help you to be more organized in the end.
You can start Dropbox file request by going to Settings > Integrations > Dropbox > Authenticate. Once you authenticate and start the integration, a new folder will be created in your Dropbox account and all submissions will be stored over there.
The folder will belong to the form owner. So, s/he can click on Share button on Dropbox and enter the emails to share the folder with them. The folder can be edited by others depending on the settings or can only be viewed. When you receive the invitation link and click on Request Access, form/folder owner will be notified and your access will be granted.
Hope this helps. Feel free to contact us if you have further questions.
