How to translate 'Please wait...', 'Review and Submit', and 'Back to Form' text

Also, my forms should be in German. But there are various buttons that are not translated. At the end of the questionnaire it reads "review and submit" instead of "überprüfen und übermitteln". Can I change this? 

Also, before sending at the of the questionnaire it reads "back to form" instead of "zurück zum Formular". Can I change this?

Also at the end, it says: "please wait..." instead of "bitte warten...". Again, can I change this?
