Is there an upload storage limit in jot form?

We have a client that has a file upload option for their jot form and it has been giving them no issues until recently. We had previously read that jot form will allow up to 1 GB for file uploads, but a client was having issues uploading a 14 MB file. Does the jot form hold every file uploaded and it has finally hit the 1 GB limit? OR would there be some other reason for this?

The 1GB limit is the individual file size limit. Please check this guide for more details: Changing-the-File-Upload-Size-Limit

Uploading a file of 14 MB should not be an issue if the limit on the upload field is set up accurately.

If you are referring to this form: "91476635492164", then I can see the file size is set up correctly. So the user must be able to upload the 14 MB file.

Is only one user being affected or are there more? I believe this could be an isolated situation.

What exactly is the issue that the user is facing? Does the upload stop in between and return an error? Please check with the user regarding their internet connection and pop up blocker. Also, request them to clear their browser cache and then try again.
