Not receiving notification emails

    Thanks to previous assistance I was able to add another Board member to the notification emails.  However I never received the next submission to my treasurer@... email.  In addition, while we have the payee's name at the bottom of jotform, we do not have any info on the spouse's name which would be helpful and is filled in at the beginnig of the form.  BTW the additional email recipient did receive the submittee's form as intended even though my only notice was from PayPal about the payment.

    I checked the form and the spouse is a Text field. Below the text field, it is a Name field which the Required field is not enabled.

    I recommend to Label the Name field to Spouse/Partner/Fiend and delete the Text field to avoid confusion and enable the Required feature. 

    I also checked the email recipient treas****@***retirees.org and it is not on our bounce list. I also checked our email logs and I can that emails are being sent to that email recipient.

    Thanks for this.  One question.  What happens when there is no spouse to be filled in?  I understand why this was an issue and assume that with no data (name) filled in that either doesn't show on the email notification or shows as blank space which is ok.

    Hello Steve, If there is no Spouse/Guest Name filled then the form will not be submitted. Because the field is marked as required on your form. If you want your users to be able submit the form even if there is no data in the above field, please disable the required property from the field settings.

    In the email notification, Empty fields will be hidden. I hope this helps. Do let me know if you have further questions.

    Folks,

    All previous issues seem to be resolved.  However of all submissions received so far, everyone has selected the same tour (which may be correct) but I'm wondering if there is something happening if/when they select the BLACKWATER tour that is not getting recorded correctly.  Is there anyway I can test this without doing a real submission?

    Actually, I believe the so-called North tour is the one to Blackwater, and the other tour is more explicitly spelled out, but I don't see where the term North tour came from other than it had been in the "cloned" form from last year's reunion.

    From your form submission, I can see that the users have selected the "Blackwater Tour" options. Could you let us know what part of this option is not getting recorded correctly? You can also check the details in the Form Submission page.

    Also, I could not see any field/term in your form called "North tour". Are we referring to this same form: "https://form.jotform.com/91564111936962"?

    I think I found the issue.  The data are getting entered correctly, but the email notification to me (treasurer) and the two others was still using the cloned "NORTH tour..." email notification info from last year.  I just after submitting my request to you, edited that text in the email notification, so I think I have fixed it.
