Dependent Dropdowns launches URL

I have a series of Dependent Dropdowns using the Widget to allow users to select the correct server to log into. The last item is a URL and when the user presses the button I want the browser to load the URL. How can I assign that action to the Submit button?

I am not sure if I have understood your exact requirement but if you want to redirect the users based on their answers, you can do so by setting up conditions.
