Dear Jotform team,
I am a teacher using jotform as a channel for my students to submit work. And For the past couple of months, I have been receiving many complaints from my students that used iPhone or iOS devices, that they can't type into my jotform form. They brought up their phone and show me, it just can't type, which makes me look not professional at all because of this incident. I hope I can get some answers or resolution to this matter by the end of this year. Or else, I’ll just have to change to a new service.
I will be waiting for answers.

The problem is caused by CSS code that is injected to your form. Please refer to this help guide to get to CSSS section of your form and then remove the codes:
