I want to understand the limits of the Free Plan

    Please could you let me know if the limit of 5 forms in the free plan is for 1 month or 1 year.

    Hello,

    With the free plan, you can have a maximum of 5 active forms at any point in time. This means that if you have only 5 active forms in the account, you can continue using these forms for as long as possible provided the submissions are within the limits allowed by the free plan (100 submissions per month).

    To use more forms in your account and receive more submissions, you can consider upgrading to one of our paid plans.
