How can we make our own widgets

I would like a widget like the one in the photo except with the wrapping text feature. Once I type over 50 characters I can no longer read what I have written. Also a signature box that when I edit the form I don't lose the previous signatures in the box I would like to be able to edit / add to the signatures without the ones that were in there deleting. 

The form we are using below is the main one but we like to have one big signature box and everyone who walks onsite just signs in that box but right now when we edit the form to add someone we lose all the signature.

Regarding the Matrix Dynamique widget, you may consider replacing it with a Configurable List widget. In the Configurable List widget this is possible to use the Text Area fields which allow multi-line text.

Unfortunately, we do not have a signature widget that can be signed/updated by multiple users.

I love this widget. Its perfect the only thing is if I put to many words in the box with the given size they wont display on the form. Is there a way I Can make the text area boxes get bigger as they get filled out?

Unfortunately is it not possible to dynamically increase the height of the textarea filed in configurable list widget. 

In which form you have added "Configurable List" widget? I did check your last edited form and you have added "Matrix Dynamic" widget. Please let us know the form in which you have added configurable list widget and we will share the custom css code to increase the height of the textarea field.
