Upgrade confirmation - Status of Purchase Order Request

    Good Morning, 


    Last week we put through a request to upgrade our plan to a paid Bronze account via a purchase order. We did not however receive a confirmation of this. Could you please firstly check if this has been received. Secondly I would like to update the billing address as it has changed. Can this be done?

    Hi @clairegael,

    Please note that upgrading through this payment method can take up to 1 month since a manual process is involved. Could you provide us the quote number so we could check?

    Hi John, 


    That is the issue, I never received a quote number or any confirmation. The POR number that I provided is POR_012114. would that help?

    Thank you for the additional details. I'm afraid we still cannot find your order with that information. Based on the information we have in our guide about upgrading via Purchase Order, we do not give a timeframe for that type of payment. BlueSnap (one of our payment processors) will be the one who will process the payment. Then, it will be sent to us for approval. Once the order is approved, you'll get an additional email with the instructions on how you should send the payment. We cannot upgrade the account until the payment is cleared.

    Hello, 


    Thank you for clarifying. Can you tell me whether we should receive a confirmation email upon completion of the form for the upgrade? If so, we haven't received so I will assume the order wasn't completed correctly and I will start again.

    There will be no email confirmation once you completed filling out the Purchase Order it will only generate a quote like the one below which you can print or export into a PDF file:

    You have to send this to shoppers@bluesnap.com so Bluesnap could process the request. 

    You'll be receiving an email once your order is approved. It contains the instructions on how you'll send the payment.

    Ahhh, Now I hadn't realised I needed to send this on the Bluesnap. Thank you for the information. 

    I will remake the order with the correct billing information and send this document on to Bluesnap
