I cannot connect the form with Paypal Checkout

    I cannot get our form to successfully connect to Paypal?  The form worked for a long time with Square but quit working in August, 2019, and your technicians have never been able to figure out what is wrong to the extent that they won't even respond to our emails about what progress is being made to fix the problem?

    When, in form builder, we try to get the form to connect to Paypal, I put in the address and password for the Paypal account, press Connect, and the wheel just starts going round and round without stopping and the form never connects.

    Now for Paypal, I see you have the Paypal Checkout Integration in the form. It's an authentication problem, and there is likely an error in the background which you can check in the browser console. Please check that and get us a screenshot for us to determine the problem.
