How to receive payments with Paypal integration

    Hello,


    I have a survey with paypal integration. When people complete the survey I have been receiving notifications saying that there are incomplete submissions. I assumed this meant that the applicant abandoned the cart or did not complete the payment process but after reading the notes in the "incomplete payment section" it seems as though I have to complete the survey manually in order for the payment to process. After I manually completed the survey I checked my pay pal account and did not see the payments. Please advise>

    When you mark the incomplete payments as complete, it will not process payments. It is only moved as a regular submission to your submissions page. This is explained in this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/564-how-to-view-incomplete-payments-of-your-payment-forms/

    NOTE: Completing a submission will NOT process any payment as there was no payment information, to begin with. The system will simply treat this as a regular submission so it can be included on form reports, and that email alerts can be fired off as usual.

    Thanks you. After i manually change the status of a submission to a
    complete payment status, how can i morve it back to an incomplete payment
    status?

    Unfortunately, you can't change it back to incomplete. When you manually complete a payment it is turned into a completed payment and can't be reverted back.
