Phone number field is displaying on 2 lines

Hi JotForm,

My phone number field is displaying on 2 separate lines. I think it it confusing. Please help me make it either display on 1 line, or get rid of the area code field completely and just have one field for the phone number.

Please try embedding the form on your webpage using the iFrame code - Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code. 

OR replace the number field with a Short Text entry field and mark the validation of the field as "Numeric".

Do try this and let us know if it works.
