The Scale rating element is not calculating the value correctly

Hello. I created a form "Annual Financial Property Audit" and used it on site to audit two different properties. I am now trying to complete my audits and noticed that scoring is not based on a 10 point system. 

Could you please share more information on this concern? I noticed that there are many scale ratings configured and it seems they were calculating correctly.

Could you please let us know on which page these calculations are not working?

Here's a screenshot of the jotform app on my ipad. As you can see it does not show a 10 point system, for some reason it only shows 5. Everything seems to be calculating correctly but I don't understand why it's not reflecting the 10 point system

These are drafts that are likely made when the form was still set to 5 points but unless these are 10 points when created and never been changed to 5. Can you check and continue with the draft to see if it will show you 10? That should do it. If not, kindly update this thread so we can check further and create a ticket for you when necessary.

The form has been set to 10 points since I created it and I never changed it to 5 prior to entering the data. I'm afraid to continue because I'm worried I will lose my information. Are the photos still there?

Yes, we still have the screenshot you sent. However, it is only showing a few fields, not the whole data. 

How about doing a test in the form? It's the iPad app, so you can do the Kiosk Mode or normal form filling up (View Form) option. Test to see if you can replicate the problem. I'm sorry, we do not have a physical iPad, and trying to get this done online but I cannot replicate it. 

I was able to open it in kiosk mode but it's just opened up a blank form for me to complete. Is there a link that I can use to open this from my desktop? If so, how do I find the link?

I'm sorry, I realize the Save and Continue feature in the form settings will automatically save the data and does not create a draft. The draft is created when you open the form by clicking the Fill Out Form option.

To continue, you need to view the submissions, click on the Draft, and click the 3-dots icon at the top-right side, click Complete Your Submission option. See below:

Unfortunately, there is no link you can have to continue on the desktop. The draft needs to be completed in the app only.
