    hi, i have an account for farrah beauty. i am trying to log in to cancel my account. i also was billed for this month and would like to ask about a refund for this account for the last month. thank you

    Upon checking the embedded form, I found that your account username is "farrahbeautyinfo". The profile email address of this account is farrahbeau******@gmail.com.

    If you have access to this email address, please reset your account password by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link which is in sign in window. 

    On your refund request, I see that you have active bronze subscription which was paid through PayPal account. Please cancel your subscription from your PayPal account.     Do get back to us after you cancel your subscription, we will send a request to our billing team to process the refund for your las subscription payment.
