How to retrieve deleted emails?

hello. i just now created an account but have been using jotform for a while with my employer to submit my hours. well i did not get paid last month and need to prove my hours. the emails have been deleted. can you get me the jotforms i submitted for my hours for august and september so i can show my employer? 

Kindly share to us the form URL in question. I don't see any forms in your ffcskinner account.
