Hi @KikiAdami!
It appears that you have succeeded in making the multiple choice selections to appear as text on your form:
Please let us know if you have any other questions or need help with anything else.

I assume that you are referring to the assigned values. Please note that when Checkbox options have been assigned with a calculation value, that's what will be passed via their unique name, and not the actual text:
So, if you need to show their actual text, the assigned values should be turned off(as you have done already), and you should perform the calculations through conditions: https://www.jotform.com/help/268-How-to-Insert-Text-or-Calculation-into-a-Field-Using-Conditional-Logic
So, my suggestion would be to:
1) Add 6 Form Calculation widgets(which you can hide).
2) Create 6 conditions, each should input a value into one of the Form Calculations widgets based on one of the Multiple Choice options, example:
3) Finally, add another Form Calculation widget to add up all those 6 Form Calculation widgets, and that will be your total.
Let us know if you need more help on this, we will be glad to assist you.
