send notification to a variable

    OK!   I have reported this problem to you before, and haven't received an answer.   I need to forward my completed form to a variable name that is in box 5 or field 5 of the form.    It would go to the person that requires all the answers. 


    How can I do that!???

    Checking your form, it seems you're referring to a name field.

    Do note that we can only forward or send a notification email using email address field.

    To clarify, do you have a specific name to be added in the ambassador field and using that name, an email would be sent to that person?
