Continuing my question about the completed form being forwarded!!!!!!

    This is terribly frustrating!   

    When the form is complete, I receive a completed copy.    thank you for that.


    Now, we need to send a completed copy to the person's email in the 5th field/box. 


    Box 5 is going to be a different email address each time.....   we still need to have an email sent to them automatically.  How can we do that?

    Hi @eAssistAmbassadors,

    I do apologize for the frustration you are experiencing.

    I cloned your form: https://form.jotform.com/81974538875173 and see you have a Notification set up which you are getting and then an Autoresponder email that goes to the person that fills out your form.

    I was looking at the 5th field box which looks to be the field Name of your Ambassador, is that correct?

    Unfourtantly, since this field is not an email address you would not be able to set up an email notification using this field.

    Per the thread response from my colleague, the best way to achieve this would be to add an email field under that field and then set up another autoresponder email that will use that field to send it out.
