Are the subscriptions by individuals, teams or organizations?

I have two groups that are wanting to use JotForm.  I am trying to figure out how many subscriptions I will need.  Are the subscriptions by individuals, teams or organizations.  And can the forms be accessed across the group?

The subscription is per individual account.

To clarify, do you want other users to help in creating forms?

You may assign collaborators to a form to edit the form.
