Receiving "Asana Integration Error" message

    Hi, my client tried to submit a form at it came up with the below error:

    Could you please advise how this can be fixed?

    I checked your asana integration for this form: https://form.jotform.co/81638040040849 and there's no task or the integration is not complete.

    Please create a task for your integration to work properly.

    Hi there,
    Thanks for the response, I am trying to set up the integration but when I get to the ‘Match Your Fields’ section – there are no items in the drop down list & it is not giving me the option to Add a new Field. Therefore, I am unable to continue & ‘complete integration’.
    Could you kindly look into this for me?

    Hello Merlyn,

    It seems that there is an issue while integrating form with Asana. Let me check and will revert via this thread.

    Could you let us know if you are still facing this issue since I can see that you have successfully integrated Asana into your form?

    Hi there,
    I have integrated Asana again & tested it and it works fine.
    Only question is why the integration broke the other day – all forms were coming through to Asana successfully before Friday. Will let you know if the issue arises again.

    Unfortunately, it's not possible to determine the exact reason for the disconnect, it may have happened due to a change on the Asana account, the token may have expired or an issue on our end that caused this. 

    I'm glad to know it works for now, if you find this issue again, do not hesitate to let us know.
