Can Jotform infuse two different forms data into one Excel report and even a Visual graphic report to view in real time?.

Forms created by Jotform can only use one payment transaction (i.e., PayPal, payment by check) at a time. I build two forms for payment by check and one for payment by credit/debit card. It's good that one can combine submissions in different forms but it's only for submissions up to the day the report is ran.

It would be great to have the ability to have one comprehensive form to view all payments in real time!  Basically, some customers may need the ability to infuse two different forms data into one Excel report and even a Visual graphic report to view in real time.

Our organization is using Jotforms for our events and need the ability to have reports or combining submissions by any payment type.  This is a worthwhile request and it would be great to offer even for an additional fee.  I love Jotform's capabilities and it is missing this one integration that could be a game changer for those of us who moved away from other commercial platforms due to cost factors.

    Thank you!

As you may know, we don't have the feature you are looking for. However, I have forwarded your concern to our developers as a feature request. Please be assured that once there is an update about the request I have submitted on your behalf, we will notify you in this thread.

In the meantime, you can try the workaround below.

    1. Integrate both forms with Google Sheets — How-to-Integrate-Forms-with-Google-Sheets

    2. Try to combine the data of both Google Sheets into a separate sheet using the IMPORTRANGE() function. https://support.google.com/docs/answer/3093340?hl=en

    3. Download the last sheet as an Excel file.
