How do I get my Salesforce field options to replace the dropdown fields in Jotform?

If I understand your question correctly, you would like to integrate and display your Salesforce fields on the form before the form is submitted. Unfortunately, currently this is not possible. The Salesforce integration works in the following way: after authenticating, you are able to map your JotForm fields to your Salesforce fields to transfer the data from JotForm to Salesforce. The following guide explains it the best: Flexible-Data-Integration-With-Salesforce.

If you are referring to the lists to which you can add information to with this integration, then they are limited to Account, Contact and Lead lists. Please refer to the following thread for a possible workaround: How-to-show-more-on-this-dropdown-for-the-Salesforce-connector.

Well, my follow-up would be - if I have multiple fields in a multi-line question, how do I specify which Jotform field is connected to which Salesforce field? Currently, it seems like I only have the option to connect the whole Jotform multi-question.

Unfortunately, field elements of Multi-line Questions are not available to be selected when matching the fields.

I suggest you create separate fields (cards) for each question such as Full Name, Email, Contact Number, and Address.

This way, the fields will be available to be matched with the corresponding fields in Salesforce.
