Do you have an agency-level subscription model?

We use your product for various clients but have to have them create their own accounts for each site we build. It'd be nice to have a single account that we can use to create forms for our clients. I see you have an "agency" page but it doesn't really seem to have any info about a plan.

Can you please confirm if you would need your clients to edit the form or only have them view submissions?

If they need to edit the form, I believe your only option to have you and the client manage the form, is our Enterprise plan.

Meanwhile, if you only need them to view Submissions, you can share your submission page's link or have your client as a recipient of the notification email which can be done even on free accounts.

Ideally I would need a single account and the ability to create forms for various clients and permit those clients to see submissions for their forms only, but not see the submissions for forms created for other clients. Again, this would be an agency account used to manage forms for various clients.

At this time you may consider our Enterprise solution. With the Enterprise solution, this is possible to manage forms from the main account, and have additional accounts with different permissions.

With a regular account, you may still share the form submission data, but you will have only 1 JotForm account.
