Credit card fields in the Stripe payment integration is not working on embedded form

    We have a form on our website payment page and yesterday we realized it isn't allowing a credit card number to be put it. This seems to only be happening with laptops. A couple of people have been successful paying using their phone. Also, when I log in Jotform to view my forms it says I haven't created any yet. I'm fairly computer illiterate and not sure how I even created one in the first place but it's been working fine for a couple of years. Help !

    I can see that you have embedded this form "60174650235147" on your webpage and the credit card field is not working. On the form, the payment mode is set to Test mode. Please disconnect the Stripe payment, reconnect and change the payment mode to Live mode.

    Please try these suggestions and let us know if the credit card field is working.

    Thank you for your response. I'm confused as to why it would be showing in test mode ? I haven't changed any settings since it was set up. It's working with iphones when customers make a payment. Just not working with laptops. Would it be working at all if it were in test mode ?

    I tried the link provided above on an iPhone and could not enter the details in the credit card field.

    I think I got the issue here. The site is not secure. Please use "https" instead of "http". That is causing the problem.
