Hi - is it possible to format cells ( fill, color,  borders) within the spreadsheet widget? For example i would like to highlight which cells are not readonly for the users to fill in.

The formatting that you want could be achieved with Classic Forms by using Custom CSS.

However, I can see you are using the Card Form layout. Unfortunately, you cannot add a custom CSS to a Card Form layout.

I decide to try the  Input table with Text Boxes. Is it possible to add default values to the input fields?

Unfortunately, you can only add calculation values in the input table. You can't have a default value for each cell.
