How to check the status of my account?

    I have checked your account and it seems you upgraded to silver monthly on October 14, 2019. However, it seems the payment has failed and your account is not scheduled to downgrade.

    Once your account is on free status you may try upgrading again to the same plan. Also, you can check your account status, plan and invoices on your account settings, here is the direct link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing
