Can you please change my payments to monthly silver?

    Hi There,

    We were billed for a year under the silver plan yearly. We would like to reverse this and change to a monthly silver plan instead please.  Let me know what else you need from me to make this change please.

    Hello Shellie - To clarify, would you like to cancel your current subscription and request a full refund so you can switch to monthly billing?

    If that's the case we can do that. However, please note that the refund process takes 5-10 business days before it returns to your bank account.

    Let us know how you like to proceed.

    Yes please...  but i need to make sure there would be no interruption of service.... i am planning on just being on silver for october and november....and then downgrading to free plan...

    There will be no interruption in the service of your forms. If we cancel the subscription now and refund the last payment, your account will be downgraded to the FREE plan immediately.

    Once your account is downgraded to FREE, you can then upgrade your account to Silver monthly plan again to avoid any interruptions.

    We have now cancelled and refunded your Silver yearly upgrade. Your account username "SantasFling" is back to free plan.
