How do I view email history older than 3 months?

Hi, I am trying to view email history further than 3 months back, however it is only showing up to 3 months of emails in the history section.

Specifically, I need the period from June 20 - July 10 of this year.

Any help would be appreciated as this is very urgent, thank you.

You can filter the email history and view the emails that were sent since you created the account or just specify custom date ranges:

I have done that, but it is cutting them off prior to 3 months ago. It seems to be putting a filter on top to restrict it to only show emails sent in the last 3 months, but as I mentioned earlier we need to have access to history prior to these dates.

Apologies. I stand corrected. As checked, the email history can only display emails for the last 90 days only.

Is this indicated anywhere?

The filter for email history includes presets for last 3 months, last 6 months, last year and custom dates. The obvious question is why include the last 6 months if it is only able to display 3 months?

You say can only display, does this mean the information is stored somewhere that can be retrieved?

Also furthermore, this page would seem to indicate that all your email history is retrievable, there is no indication that it is limited to 3 months?

Is the 3 month limit a new update? I cannot find any indication that email history is limited to 3 months and all the documentation, and as mentioned even in your own search filters indicate that it is not limited. If it is in fact limited, considering the numerous issues you have on your support forum for this I would expect at the very least your documentation to be updated to indicate this to future users.

I would say there is a strong likelihood that if someone is interested in the HIPAA compliance part of your offered features, they would also expect sufficient email history of at least 12 months, but all time as your search indicates would be preferable.

Let me confirm this with our backend team as I can only view emails for the last 90 days on my end.
