i cannot submit the form to see if everything works before publishing also i have anothe rform i have created and when a client fills it it doenst go to my email address

I have checked your form and it seems to have some error in the condtions.
Kindly fix these errors or disable the conditions.
For your notification email, kindly setup it again as it seems there is also an error in your setup.
