Account Suspension: Request to notify the users via email when an account is suspended

I just created an account last week and when I tried signing in today, I got a "Login failed - SUSPENDED" message. Additionally, the link to the form I created now leads to an error page.

    Please clarify.

    Thank you in advance.

Your account is suspended because your Apple Pie Sale is used to collect Credit Card info which is against our Terms of Use

Card number, expiration date, security codes and card holder name are considered critical information and cannot be collected on plain text fields. The only services allowed to collect such data are those that are DSS/PCI certified.

If you want to use our forms to collect payments, you need to use one of our payment integrations.

Let us know if you agree with our Terms, and we will delete the guilty fields and activate your account.

I definitely agree. I totally understand and did not realize it was an issue. Reading through different answer threads, I see this has happened to many people. An email notifying the account holder when something like this happens may be a good idea and will save Jotform customer service a lot of time and energy. Thank you for your help.

I deleted the credit card fields and activated your account. Please add a payment field to your form, if you want to collect payments.

I will raise your request to our developers. We cannot provide you the exact time when and if this will be implemented, but there is any update we will inform you via this thread.
