I would like to update my username

Yes, we can change your username. However, there is no option for us to change the username on Paypal, so you have to downgrade the subscription first before we can proceed with your request. 

To cancel your subscription on Paypal, the following guide will help:

Once canceled, we will update the username and you have to re-upgrade after. We recommend paying by credit card this time, so you won't go through the same process again in the future when you need it. 

Also, I'd like to know if you are using Custom URLs for your forms.

If you are, note that changing your username will also change the format of the custom form URLs as your username is part of it. Once the username is changed, the URL with your old username will no longer work. Please confirm.
