    this is the screen, somehow I cant seem to draw a signature on mac (works on mobile though)

    I just tried accessing your form using Safari, Firefox, and Chrome browsers on macOS Mojave. However, I wasn't able to replicate the issue. I was able to sign on the form's field:

    Could you please try clearing your browser's cache and try again? Or you may try using a different browser and see if it works there.
