How to include the appointment slots widget information in the email notification?

If you go through my form again, you'll see the appointment widget used a few times. I need that value sent in the confirmation email to the user. Is there a way I can accomplish this?

The widget will include the selection only, example:

You can add missing fields to the email template by editing the content, this guide will help you doing so: https://www.jotform.com/help/430-How-to-Edit-the-Email-Template-for-Notifications-and-Autoresponders

If you're looking to include different information, please let us know.

It doesn't seem to work for every option. The two classes below each have an appointment schedule and the the selected date doesn't appear.

I have been checking your form and noticed the widget is not required, this means that you may submit the form without selecting an option, example:

Upon checking the submission related to your screenshot it seems like the data is missing there too:

Now, I have just tested your form to make sure it works as expected, the selected option on the widget is showing up on the submission:

Please kindly test your form in order to see if the same happens on your end, let us know if you have more questions.

    Hey Kevin,

I think I understand what you're saying. Because I have not set the Appointment Widget to "Required", it's not passing the information through.

But another question, since a user doesn't have to check all of them, will that be a conflict if I set all the Appointments to "Required" but the user only selects 1 or 2 of them?

No, what happens is that conditionally hidden or skipped fields will not trigger the required validation, this way if the field is shown it will be required and force the user to fill a value.

Kindly give it a try and let us know if you have questions.

Hey Kevin, I'm not getting the desired results and I've also run into two new problems.

When a user selects "Complete My Registration", it should just to the end. But it's jumping to the beginning of the form again. If I go back and click it a second, then it goes to the end.1573070709Screen Shot 2019 11 06 at 12 Screenshot 10

The second issue is, if a user selects "Previous" or "Back" is there I can set that to go directly to the Class Registration they were just on? And not the previous slide in the form?
