Card Form: Why isn't the form redirecting to the specified card on the condition?

When a user selects "Complete My Registration", it should just to the end. But it's jumping to the beginning of the form again. If I go back and click it a second, then it goes to the end.1573070709Screen Shot 2019 11 06 at 12 Screenshot 10

I have just tested your form, but I'm not able to replicate the mentioned issue, it redirects to the last card as configured, example:

May you please kindly test again and see if the same issue happens on your end?

If so, please kindly share us an example about it, I also cleared your forms cache to the latest version is loaded.

    Hey Kevin,

I started by clicking on "Infant Care Workshop" -> Clicked "Pick a Day" -> Selected November 19 -> Then upon clicking "Complete my registration", the form jumps back to the beginning. But I know I have the conditions set for all of those options to jump to the end.

I have also cleared my browsers cache, and tried on Incognito mode.

    Thanks for the details.

I have just tested the form using Chrome and Windows 10, but it still works as you mentioned it should do, example:

Card Form: Why isnt the form redirecting to the specified card on the condition? Image 10

May I know if your form is embedded in a web page or the browser you are testing on?

It's possible that the issue only happens on certain browser, we will perform more tests on our end.

    Hey Kevin,

In that video, it's not working as I'd like. Did you noticed what after you click "Complete my registration." it goes to the title card "Register for Maternity Classes"?. It should be going straight to the "Almost done" card.

Yes, with card forms, the user is redirected to the card header, in case there is one, and then redirected to the desired card.

Now, this can be changed with a show/hide condition so if the user selects to complete his registration you may hide that header and only the last card will be shown. This guide will help you with the show/hide conditions: https://www.jotform.com/help/316-How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-Base-on-User-s-Answer

    Thank you Kevin!

The only issue is that I don't see the header as an option to hide?1573159999Screen Shot 2019 11 07 at 12 Screenshot 10

I have checked on my end and I can see the section header is available when you set up show/hide conditions, on my screen-cast above, it shows the "Infant care workshop registration" section, when I check the conditions this is available to hide/show and it's a section header:

The section is showing on your screenshot as well, it's the number 28 on the list, please kindly test again and let us know if the problem persists.

This worked Kevin! (Albeit, I had to hide a different card, but it worked!) Thank you!
