Do you mean to say that when you submit the embedded form, it is redirecting to JotForm App instead of displaying a thank you page when you click the submit button?

Yes exactly. I can’t share a screenshot sorry. I am concerned that the embedded form also would not allow me to request a vacation reservation beyond 2018. Couldn’t insert 2020. Makes believe ResortLinkInternational is no longer in business.

I have checked further and noticed that Form does not have a date beyond 2018. The form owner has not updated his Form.

It seems that you have clicked on the JotForm logo that was present in the Autoresponse email at the footer. You can ignore registering the JotForm site if you do not want it.

You can contact the Form owner if you want to update the year in your response.
