How do I set up submission notifications?

How do I set it that after the application is filled out it can be submitted to my email and I be notified

By default your form already have Notification emails setup.

I also suggest to set at least 2 or more fields on your form as *required.

This will ensure that data will be provided by respondents on the form.

You can find the submit button in the Basic tab under Form Elements. You just need to click on the button and it will be added to the form.

I see that you also created a notification email with the recipient address Forpawsandtails@gmail.com. Please add the submit button and perform a test submission. Then let us know if you don't receive the email notification.
