To whom it may concern,
Good day!
This is a query regarding our suspended account as we are trying to update the payment method (credit card) in billing section. We clicked the update button multiple times because it doesn't seem to update the information provided then it suddenly suspended the account. Kindly help us reactivate our account to avoid inconvenience with our customers.
