There are texts and HTML

I follow above instruction and found that there are both text and html code in my word document. Then I use parser between jotform and dropbox, unfortunately the problems were not solved. Could you advice me what to do next? Thanks

In my JotForm, I have rich text which I try to export to word with the same format (with special character, bold, italic,...). So I try integromat. Picture below is my scenario. The result in my word doc is html mixed with value from rich text.

Do you have any method to export rich text from JotForm to word which can keep the original format? Thank so much.

Hello @ptana2003 - Unfortunately we do not have a way of converting a form into a word document. An alternative you can do is to convert your form to PDF document instead. Please see the guide below.
