I am having issues with Show/Hide form conditions.

    Hello,

    I'm having issues with a condition on this form:https://form.jotform.com/93235716587164

    The "Upload your receipt" widget is supposed to be hidden if the answer is "Yes" or "No, I need to schedule..." And it is when the form first loads. If I click "No, I am completing..." the widget shows but doesn't go back to hidden if I click back to the other two again.

    I've checked the conditions and they look right to me.

    I just tested your form, and it seems like you figured it out, that File Upload field hides if you select the other two options:

    Thanks for this and sorry for the delay. 

    I'm still having the issue if I click "No, I am completeing.." then click either of the options for "How would you like to sumbit..." and then go back to "Yes" for the "Do you need to schedule it for later..." question.

    What tool did you use to send me this clip? I can send you what I mean if it's easier.

    Once you take your recording, you can upload it on this forum thread as shown in this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum

    If I understood correctly, the fields that are shown based on "How would you like to submit your receipt?" question, remain visible even though that field is hidden when you change the selection in "Do you need the Emergency Ride Home now?", correct?

    You can avoid this issue by selecting "Clear on being hidden" in the following form setting:
