Option to use multiple Payment methods

Hi, I created a module integrating the PayPal Standard payment system.

The system works, at the time of registration the user is directed to the PayPal interface, enters the data and confirms the payment, after which it is redirected to the thank you page located at the end of the form.

If I use the "PayPal" payment widget, the user can send the registration even without having made the payment (neither via PayPal nor by bank transfer).

If I use the "PayPal Standard" payment widget, the user who does not have PayPal cannot complete the registration procedure and make payment by bank transfer.

So I would like to understand how to set up the module so that the customer has the possibility to pay via PayPal or by bank transfer.
