Are you referring to the reminder emails? If yes, Reminder emails are scheduled to be sent depending on which period you have selected (Daily, Weekly, Monthly). It does not have any relation to customer submissions. And if you delete the submission, it will not remove the email address from the list. You will need to manually remove the email address.

Hey Andrew this isn't what I mean. I mean when someone completes a form I can send them an automated email. What I'm wondering is where can I edit the queue.
Example, someone signs up and completes a form.
Emails scheduled to send out 30 days after form completion.
Customer cancels subscription 15 days after form completion.
How do I make sure this customer doesn't get the email scheduled for 30 days after form completion?

You'll need to edit the reminder email and remove their email.
ex.
Delete their email
Or just delete the reminder email.
